Sterling Training Contract 

Sterling training  sessions are designed specifically for the needs of the team. It is more technical and game based training along with mentoring from the NUU Directors . All packages include a training session evaluations where a Director observes a training session and provides feedback at the request of the Head coach of a team.

The objective is to provide examples of affective training activities while mentoring the coaches and challenging the players in a way that the individual can improve their ability to contribute  more effectively on game days.

Coaches seeking new ideas, or want some direction are strongly encouraged to sign their team up for Sterling training.

Futures Team Training Program (New 2022)

Futures teams are 13U -18U  teams with highly ambitious players seeking to improve their game in an competitive environment. Each player is expected to be committed to bettering themselves in a structured playin style that prepares them to train and compete with the Royalty teams.  As we pilot the program during the 2022-2023 season we hope teams make a donation  based on the Sterling training session fees (see above) in March 2023 . The coach and team manager of each team will be encouraged to ask the families of those that have benefited from participating in "Futures" training to make a donation that will go directly toward increasing/improving our coaching staff in the future. All Futures teams have direct access to compete in the  Yellowstone Premier League

Royalty Team Training Program

Royalty Training Contract 

The Royalty program
12 Sessions+ - $1,800

The Royalty program is for the most ambitious U13-U18 Northern Utah United team at each age group. Royalty teams consist of like-minded coaches that will collaborate in training and reflection while assisting one another’s teams. There is a style of play based on defined principles of play to create consistency and continuity among all Royalty teams, players, and coaches.

This is not a program for everyone but is what ambitious players aspire to be part of. This is a select program for the most ambitious coaches and their teams. Every Royalty team receives mentoring and training from the NUU Director of Coaching. They all follow a curriculum, but coaches are free to manage the team to best suit the players.

Royalty Teams compete in the Yellowstone Premier League, UYSA State League, and attend tournaments and college showcases in an effort to develop and catch the eye of potential college and MLS academy scouts.

Services Provided
-12 training sessions (6 attacking & 6 defending)
-Direct access to the Yellowstone Premier League
  -Qualify for National Premier League (NPL) Post Season
-Automatic acceptance to the Las Vegas Mayor's Cup
-Automatic acceptance to the Northwest Copa Surf Qualifiers
